SUPERVISORY FINANCIAL SERVICES SPECIALIST- DIRECT HIRE AUTHORITY

Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities at least 25% of the time. Provides advice, assistance, and guidance on budgeting and related information. Ensures budget execution & work involving the monitoring of obligations incurred & the actual expenditures of a budget with different sources & types of funding are performed, such as direct & reimbursable annual, multi-year, & no-year appropriations; apportionment; allotments; transfer of funds from other agencies; revenue from industrially funded operations; & refunds. Conducts analyses, reviews, & specials studies of budget and/or related information such as utility sales agreements, service contract levels of service, emergency response and facility infrastructure. Develops and/or presents budget/financial reports, and conducts briefings to local and higher-level command officials as required.
