Student Placement Specialist

General Definition of Work The student placement specialist, under general supervision, performs complex work with limited decision-making discretion implementing student placement processes including the choice lottery, reassignment requests, and guardianship issues. Position advises on school district policies related to student placement and records. Employee performs district-level work to carry out Board of Education policies under the direction of the Director of Student Placement and Records.
