AboutThe Role As a CBRE Workplace ExperienceCoordinator - Events, you'll be responsible for delivering a world-classcustomer service experience to employees and guests of a designated building.This job is part of the Workplace Experiencefunction. They are responsible for providing world-class customer service to the clientsand visitors of designated buildings. What You’ll Do Coordinate and execute on-siteevents, including room booking, nametags, setup, teardown, and logistics • Develop, print, and placeevent signage (e.g., directional signs, reserved seating, name badges) • Prepare event spaces bychecking seating, cleanliness, supplies, and room conditions • Liaise with IT/AV teams fortech setup and support during events • Escort large groups ofexternal attendees from lobby to event areas • Support high-touch events withonsite staffing, decor setup, and guest assistance • Receive and distribute vendordeliveries (signage, food, rentals, florals, alcohol, swag, etc.) • Esco
