As a Supervisory National Bank Examiner/Bank Examiner and Technical Team Lead, you will: Plan, coordinate, and monitor Commercial and Retail Credit supervisory activities. Assess risks, develop supervisory strategies, determine the scope of examination activities, and direct assigned personnel. Independently evaluate the effectiveness of Commercial and Retail Credit functions, identify systemic risks, and trends and recommend changes to examination policies and procedures. Lead examination staff in discussions with senior bank management regarding findings and recommendations. Prepare complex communications to senior bank management. Maintain effective internal OCC communications, ensuring appropriate coordination and follow-up. Represent the OCC at industry and interagency meetings. Supervise assigned staff and direct the resources necessary to carry out assigned programs and functions. Establish and communicate performance expectations and evaluate performance against OCC guidelines.
