Reporting to the Global Head of Human Resources, the HR Manager will lead all HR initiatives for our U.S.-based employees. You will build strong partnerships across the business, provide coaching to managers and employees at all levels, and offer practical, creative solutions to evolving business needs. You will also contribute to ongoing People initiatives by participating in HR task teams and helping shape the future of FoundryCo’s employee experience.
