Supervisory Program Analyst

The incumbent functions as the Director, MPS and Deputy Director for the Office of Field Programs, and fully shares in the direction of all phases of the organization's program and work. The incumbent's opinion or direction is treated as if given by the Executive Director for Field Programs. The incumbent is recognized as an integral part of the management team in MPS and NCA, providing management advisory services to the Deputy Under Secretary for Field Programs and Cemetery Operations, NCA District Directors, the Director for Veterans Cemetery Grants Program, and the Executive Director for Field Programs. The incumbent assists the Executive Director for Field Programs in meeting the daily management and operational demands of MPS. The incumbent provides direct advice and high-level support to the Executive Director for Field Programs on a wide variety of issues.
