Supervisory Grants Management Specialist (Deputy Director)

The duties may include, but are not limited to: Anticipates and stays current with grant and program legislation, regulation, and policies. Provides general direction to key subordinates to assure that the Division’s agreement administration is properly integrated and performed. Provides guidance and decisions in establishing priorities, procedures, on matters involving policy, and deadlines. Demonstrates expertise in the laws, regulations, rules, policies, procedures, and methods governing the administration of Federal assistance. Remains current on the specifics of grant programs under the Division’s purview as well as cross-cutting activities necessary for the implementation of these programs. Develops operating policies and procedures for pre- and post-award tasks.
