Compensation: $95,000–$120,000 We're building an AI-powered, interactive digital journaling app, and we're hiring a designer to help bring it to life visually. This is a hands-on execution role for someone who wants to ship a lot, move fast, and see their work in front of real users every week. Your job is to take concepts — mockups, illustrations, and screenshot ideas — and turn them into clean, polished, production-ready assets. Think App Store screenshots, marketing visuals, in-app UI polish — the critical design work that makes a consumer app feel like a real consumer app. This is a strong fit for someone with a sharp eye, fast hands, and the kind of taste that can look at a messy AI output and instantly see what needs to change.
