Program Analyst

Lead or facilitate cross-functional team initiatives to address and fulfill the agency's mission-critical needs and operational requirements. Assess and recommend policy and procedure updates based on data analysis. Support Office of the Secretary of War (OSW)-level Program Reviews to assist OSW in gaining insights into contractor performance based on DCMA's program support data. Engage with OSW and the Services' acquisition staff to understand emerging informational needs and translates those needs into continuous improvement of agency policy. Represent the agency in meetings with senior professionals, including OSD and military service acquisition staff, to provide insights, understand informational needs, and provide expert advice.
