Management and Program Analyst

Major duties include but are not limited to: Develops briefings or status/staff reports to plan, coordinate or advise on work reports. Analyzes potential organizational problems or changing situations. Presents controversial findings to agency/corporation senior managers with tact. Communicates relevant information to resolve issues and develop solutions. Summarizes recommendations discussed during meetings with customers for documentation purposes. Compose complex correspondence. Writes documents such as memoranda/letters/reports that present highly sensitive and controversial agency policies. Participates in the composition of complex correspondence or other written work for external high-level officials that are controversial and politically sensitive.
