Grants Management Specialist- BIL DIRECT HIRE

As a Grants Management Specialist, you will: Assist in the analysis of applications, provides advice and funding recommendations for the development and preparation of complex grants, specifically for a broad range of projects as well as a wide variety of applicants including state and local governments, government sponsored authorities and corporations, and joint ventures. Assist in the drafting internal grant policies and procedures for designate departments and provide assistance under the grants assistance programs. Provide program staff, and other grantees with technical assistance, including the interpretation of and application of grant laws, regulations, policies, and procedures in assigned areas.
