Your j ob w ill i nclude : Supervise the construction of site-set manufactured homes up to the point of being ready for sale. Manage project budgets and resources. Rehab the existing inventory of homes to ensure readiness for sale and/or rent. Build relationships with managers to complete home construction projects in keeping with the company's quality standards. Supervise contractors.
