Director, Ops Services Reports to: VP, Ops Services About the Role Sweetgreen is building the future of fast-casual dining — and our people are the most important ingredient. The Director, Ops Services will guide New Restaurant Openings, Training Rollouts, Learning & Development, and oversee our Infinite Kitchen experience. This role operates in a fast-paced environment and requires considerable training and operations experience. What You'll Do • Guide cross-functional and operations readiness for New Restaurant Openings and Remodels to ensure great guest and team member experiences; enable use of new technology and proces
