SUPERVISORY GENERAL ENGINEER

You will serve as a Technical Manager in the Nuclear Weapons Security (NWS) Department where they will supervise their personnel and ensure they are staffed, trained, and equipped in performing their duties. You will exercise program and technical management over the NWS programs developed or modified under the awarded contract which SPS has cognizant oversight. You will ensure the section analyzes, interprets, or clarifies, directives, decisions, technical requirements, and the means by which their intent may be achieved for Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) and the contractors. You will continually evaluate the efforts of the contractor (using inputs/actions from DCMA and their personnel) in achieving contract and program milestones with respect to technical, cost, and schedule requirements.
