About the role
PrideStaff Financial on behalf of their client located in Fort Lauderdale is looking for an experienced Construction Administrator who can assist with the day to day at a busy and growing constructions company. If you meet the requirements please apply now!
Responsibilities:
• Creating and sending customer proposals
• Creating purchase orders to subcontractors
• Inputting invoices through QuickBooks
• Maintaining files
• Creating customer accounts, vendor accounts and new job orders
Qualifications:
• Knowledge in QuickBooks
• Excellent organizational skills and must be able to prioritize work and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in administration and customer service
• Team player with positive attitude.
• Bilingual is a plus!
• Construction background is a must!
Must be able to submit to a background check and a drug screen
