Supervisory Information Technology Specialist (Systems/Analysis)

Serve as the Division Director performing programmatic administrative responsibilities to direct, manage, and accomplish the goals and objectives of the organization. Direct staff who are in turn directly responsible for the administration of the CMS Enterprise Identity Management platform. Serve as an expert resource and technical authority in the design, development, testing and implementation of systems in support of the modernization and enhancement of the Enterprise Identity Management platform. Oversee a portfolio of specialized cloud-based service components, including: Okta Identity as-a-Service (IDaaS), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) services, Remote Identity Proofing and Cloud Computing Services.
