This position is in the Office of Audits, Inspections, and Evaluations. As a Supervisory Program Analyst (Director of Inspections and Evaluations Division), you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and management support for inspections, evaluations, and other engagements conducted within the Division's portfolio and/or with staff assigned; ensuring the effective and timely execution of those engagements; and leading and directing strategic planning efforts to meet OIG's goals and objectives. The Director: Manages and supervises Inspections and Evaluations Division staff and ensures staff is highly-skilled and technically proficient. Plans work to be accomplished by subordinates, setting and adjusting short-term priorities, and preparing schedules for completion of the work.
