This role is ideal for someone who understands commercial real estate finance end-to-end — from sourcing opportunities and underwriting deals to structuring transactions and managing closings. Responsibilities Underwrite commercial real estate transactions across multiple asset classes including multifamily, office, retail, industrial, hospitality, and mixed-use Analyze borrower financials, rent rolls, operating statements, tax returns, and market data Build and review financial models, cash flow projections, and valuation analyses Structure loan terms and investment scenarios based on risk assessment and deal strategy Source
