Job Responsibilities • Follow preparation and production guidelines set forth by company standards, reviewing and approving production and temperature logs. • Oversee inmates in food preparation and tray assembly. • Ensure meal service is timely and efficient, adhering to all company guidelines. • Take part in meal preparation and serving. • Print and distribute recipes. • Guide inmates in using company recipes and teach appropriate cooking techniques. • Make su
