About the role
You will lead a team in development of comprehensive test cases to ensure test methodologies for new and industry leading technologies for vendor trials and command pilots of new innovation comply with Information Assurance (IA) guidelines. You will develop, establishes and maintain testing procedures for Navy Recruiting Command systems and applications to identify coding or connectivity defects prior to deployment to the end user. You will apply software design principles and methods to design, develop, and integrate system components, ensuring alignment with planned application strategies and data environment. You will present technical and project-related information effectively to diverse stakeholders. You will test performance parameters to identify when software and hardware upgrades or configuration changes are warranted. You will review work in progress weekly and take corrective action when a deviation from schedule or failure to adhere to established practices is identified.
