Medical Records Technician

Technical evaluation of medical records and registration of new patients. Compile reports and file appropriate forms regarding medical records as needed. Ensure medical records are readily available for patient care, quality assurance, audits, legal reviews, etc. Perform weekly quality review that includes review and screening of medical records to ensure medical records are properly filed and sequenced. Screen and analyze medical records of beneficiaries.
