Supervisory Human Resources Specialist (Chief, Training, Quality Assurance & Data Analytics)

Specific duties include: This position is responsible for the development of weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual training plans for personnel assigned to the HRC. The incumbent will ensure that training milestones and goals are met while adhering to the approved training budget. They will conduct extensive planning and data analyses activities in overseeing the design and evaluation of training processes, including workshops, seminars, and conferences. Under the oversight of the Training Deputy, the Chief will draft/propose annual budgets for training activities and will monitor expenditures throughout the fiscal year. They will develop short- and long-range plans and recommendations to meet organizational goals, objectives, and changing needs. The incumbent will evaluate overall program accomplishments and significant contributions in terms of overall agency goals and capitalize on state-of-the-art technology to analyze trends and measure results.
