About the role
Provide technical direction, planning, and policy leadership to formulate, create and implement new agency manufacturing and supply chain policy, competency management processes, and surveillance operations processes. Create and establish new agency manufacturing and supply chain instructions and procedures for effective contract administration of Defense procurements. Develop and maintain core program measures on Major Defense Acquisition Programs (MDAPs) to obtain results and assess effectiveness of agency manufacturing and supply chain instructions and manuals. Provide expert technical advice to field personnel to help them establish effective implementation of agency manufacturing and supply chain instructions.
