Technical Recruiting at Krea We're a small team and we want to hire exceptional people across infra, backend, AI research, and product. You'll work directly with the founders to find those people and run a fast, thoughtful hiring process end to end. What you'll do: - Build pipelines through direct outreach, communities, events, and referrals — including channels most recruiters don't use. - Evaluate candidates with real technical depth: read their repos, research, and past work. - Run the full process: screening, scheduling, offers, and closing. - Track the talent landscape to understand where strong people are, how the market is moving,
