About the role
You will serve as the Assistant Dean of Assessment, providing college-wide leadership in designing, implementing, and sustaining a comprehensive assessment system that supports accreditation, program improvement, and institutional effectiveness. You will design and lead cyclical program review and co-curricular assessment processes, producing evidence-based recommendations aligned with institutional strategic priorities and accreditation standards. You will lead institutional assessment efforts to develop strategic planning goals and priorities.
