About the role
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The incumbent is responsible for administering, analyzing, and managing IHSC's requests for information and responses. The incumbent: directs task to appropriate IHSC staff for a response; analyzes responses; ensures response complies with IHSC writing standards and formats; facilitates response through clearance process; submits responses; and retains official responses on behalf of the agency. Actions include, but are not limited to: a. Stays abreast of, and follows, agency policies and procedures for requests for information (e.g., Freedom of Information, Privacy, writing style guide). b. Receives and analyzes task to clarify specific information requested of IHSC. Researches related tasks and historic responses to ensure the IHSC response is consistent. Triages and prioritizes taskings. c. Routes the task to the appropriate IHSC staff and provides appropriate support (e.g., templates, directions). d.
