Must possess the ability to use a high level of skill in assessing and managing the needs of complicated psychosocial problems. The responsibilities of this role include case management, advocacy, and coordinating care within the facility or community service providers. Collaboration with inpatient treatment providers to support appropriate discharge planning following recommendations for treatment of patients at high risk for suicide. Review of assessments and documentation completed by others Development of an individualized treatment plan using standardized algorithms to guide treatment recommendations and support evidence-based decision making Review of initial assessment and treatment plan with the BHIP
