Conducts after-action analyses to identify lessons learned, leading contributions from technical and functional Subject Matter Experts Documents analytical methodologies to ensure rigorous, objective identification of lessons learned, using models that resonate with leadership and yield actionable recommendations. Contributes to all phases of defining and planning exercise and training programs, facilitating the identification and capture of lessons learned by colleagues and stakeholders.
