Supervisory Facility Operations Specialist

The duties may include, but are not limited to: Serves as an expert and representative in matters involving existing facilities or proposed new facilities, and develops multi-year planning goals and objectives. Conducts regular and recurring studies and reviews relating to FO facilities and leases in order to evaluate the effectiveness of installation operations from the standpoint of utilities management. Provides facility management direction and planning for building and grounds operation, utility services, construction, maintenance and/or rehabilitation of buildings to special facilities. Collaborates on a continuing basis with the Facility Unit Directors in the development of operational procedures to affirm ongoing viability of various insect quarantine and security areas. Tracks progress of leasing actions and payments associated with these actions and ensures these costs are captured and funding is available in the appropriate budget cycle.
