SUPERVISORY EDUCATION SPECIALIST

Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of HQ USAFA/RRA, ensuring that the Region of the Liaison and Outreach Division complies with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs. Develops goals and objectives that integrate organization and Liaison and Outreach objectives. Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Advises and provides counsel to employees regarding policies, procedures, and directives of management. Represents USAFA Admissions, Liaison and Outreach Division with a variety of installation and functional area organizations. Establishes, develops, and maintains effective working relationships with USAFA Mission Elements, 10 ABW organizations, AFROTC, AFRS, Community Based Organizations, high school administrators, and congressional staffers.
