Staff Director for the Chief Operating Officer ODNI

Lead, manage, and direct a professional level staff, evaluate performance, collaborate on goal setting, and provide feedback and guidance regarding personal and professional development opportunities. Provide day-to-day management and direction of component staff and business operations; execute budget, personnel, and policy decisions to support the components' activities.
