Senior Procurement Analyst (Temporary Detail/Promotion NTE 1 Year)

Utilizes procurement expertise to identify and document the scope, key deliverables, and resource needs of each proposed acquisition program or project effort. Works with leadership at a variety of levels to set strategic direction, goals, and objectives for acquisition projects. Reviews the technical details of the work agreements of other Acquisition Program Management Office staff and/or contractors and provides feedback on opportunities to improve the project management documentation or process for the acquisition project Leads Integrated Project Teams, acquisition workshops, and other program engagements by providing expert advice and guidance on acquisition program management.
