Management and Program Analyst

Organizational Location: This position is located in the Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, within District 13 and are assigned based on the need of the agency. Performs complex data pulls from administrative systems in order to perform in-depth studies. Provides in-depth analysis of district/field office administrative programs; responds to data calls from higher headquarters to provide fully analyzed data. Develops, organizes, and delivers reports of analyzed data. Serves as the District lead for internal controls programs; developing processes, monitoring compliance, and reporting results through the Regional Office to Field Operations Directorate. Develops and facilitates training for all District OSS' including developing and/or updating administrative process SOPs, and coordinating with counterparts in other Districts to identify and develop enterprise wide practices and procedures.
