As a EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF MANPOWER AND PERSONNEL at the GS-0301-15 some of your typical work assignments may include: Serve as the Executive Director of Manpower and Personnel responsible for formulating program goals, plans, policies, and work plans for the directorate's joint mission.
