People Operations Analyst

The Team + The Role The People Operations team is the connective tissue between Pendo's workforce strategy and the day-to-day experience of every employee. The team owns the systems, processes, and programs that help the business scale effectively, from onboarding and benefits administration to HR data integrity and compliance. This is a lean, high-throughput function where every team member owns a meaningful part of the People infrastructure. The People Operations Analyst sits at the intersection of employee experience and operational rigor. This role owns a defined set of HR processes end-to-end, including new hire coordination, employee lifecycle events, HRIS transactions, reporting, and People Operations issue resolution. The role works closely with Finance, Legal, and Talent Acquisition and is expected to identify and close operational gaps before they create friction for employees or the business. This role i
