Human Resources Specialist

Advise management on recruitment strategies, sources, special programs, relocation, and retention incentive programs. Collaborate with and leads management in employing change management process concepts and techniques such as strategic planning and workforce development. Determine the appropriate pay systems, occupational grouping, title, and pay level of positions. Build and manage a workforce based on organizational goals, budget considerations, and staffing needs.
