MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST

Management Advisory Services: Serves as an Air Force CI2 and Lessons Learned (LL) Subject Matter Expert (SME) and key Black Belt consultant. Advises commanders and their staffs in implementing a Cl2/LL approach to solve problems that contribute to the effectiveness, efficiency, enterprise replication, cost savings/avoidance, and other improvement of operations related to the unit's Air Force mission. Ensures unit's priorities, goals, and objectives are aligned to higher headquarters mission, vision, and strategic priorities. Performance Management: Maintains awareness of changes in mission requirements and externalfactors that impact the unit.
