Carpenter

Major duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Responsible for the lock system and maintains all key codes and door hardware. Repairs and maintains automatic doors. Installs fire protection door closures on all smoke doors. Preforms general maintenance. Installs floor tile requiring material for adhesion. Repairs and replaces window guides and tapes and replaces different size window glass. Installs detention screens, acoustical ceiling suspension systems, metal stud walls, partitions and carpet. Constructs, installs, repairs, and modifies wood and wood substitute structures and items requiring close tolerance fit and structural soundness.
