About the role
Serve as one of two HR Systems Program Managers analyzing organizational needs and identifiying opportunities to leverage new and existing information technology and communities of practice. Collaborate with multiple product owners to gather, interpret, and prioritize user requirements, transforming them into user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria for inclusion into an actionable backlog based on a strong understanding of business goals and constraints. Create testing scripts and lead user acceptance testing, integrations, and data migration. Develop and executes communication, implementation, and training plans, driving continuity and transparency. Develop written policies, procedures, process maps, and training. Monitor and troubleshoot system performance, data integrity, and connectivity. Support security and privacy assessments of HR systems. Maintain a strong working knowledge of emerging technology, such as AI and RPA. Present formal and informal briefings to various
