HOUSING MANAGER

You will manage daily Unaccompanied Housing (UH) and Public-Private Venture (PPV) operations while contributing to the highest level of mission readiness. You will approve all requisitions for equipment, supplies and amenities. Responsible for the receipt and storage of all inventory, consumable, non-consumable, minor property and fixed assets. You will prepare reports and presentations for higher authority and analyze, evaluate and implement instructions and notices from higher authority. You will be the primary point of contact for the Property Manager to ensure good coordination on issues affecting the installation, residents, and PPV partner. You will monitor PPV occupancy and help market Family Housing units to help ensure occupancy goals are met. You will be responsible for Housing Referral Services for the placement of personnel in adequate housing and strive to obtain equal opportunity for all military personnel in community housing.
