Health Systems Administrator (Deputy Network Director)

Major duties and responsibilities include, but may not be limited to: Provides strategic leadership; and direction of the activities of the Network's Chief Financial Officer, Chief Logistics Officer, Capital Assets Manager, Human Resources Manager, Public Affairs Officer, Business Implementation Manager, and the Financial Quality Program Specialist. Ensures that fiscal, material, capital assets and personnel resources are utilized effectively and efficiently. Achieves network-wide standardized finance, logistics and capital asset management operations and policy implementation. Provides input to and makes decisions that have strong impact on medical center, network, and national matters.
