SUPERVISORY INDUSTRIAL SECURITY SPECIALIST (FIELD OFFICE CHIEF)

As a Field Office Chief, you will be responsible for effectively Leading, Directing, Managing and Integrating Field Office operations within the assigned Area of Responsibility (AOR) including various mission criteria and associated disciplines governed by the Industrial Security (IS) Directorate. -Serve as the first-line supervisor for entry level through Senior Industrial Security Specialists. -Interpret advanced principles, concepts, industrial security methodologies, use of Public Laws, Executive Law, Executive Orders, Regulations, Directives and Manuals pertaining to Industrial Security/NISP. -Manage, monitor and evaluate complex oversight elements of Industrial Security, NISP implementation, risk mitigation strategies, and overall protection of classified information of all Cleared Defense Contractors (CDC) within the AOR relative to National Industrial Security Program (NISP) compliance and others associated with the DoD Arms, Ammunitions, and Explosives (AA&E) Program. -Direct
