Facilities Coordinator

The Facilities Coordinator I (FCI) plays a key role in delivering that experience through hands-on support of the physical environment. This position centers around maintaining cleanliness, comfort, and visual appeal throughout our 100,000 square foot high-rise office space in Chicago. The FCI ensures an exceptional workplace experience for 400+ employees by managing soft services, hospitality-focused maintenance, and vendor partnerships. What you’ll do: • Maintain the appearance, cleanliness, and comfort of shared spaces, furniture, and finishes throughout the office • Oversee janitorial, pest control, interiorscaping, and similar vendor services; ensure high standards and alignment with KPIs are upheld • Conduct regular walkthroughs of restroom
