Summary GENERAL SUMMARY <ul> <li> <div> <p><span>The RN - C/C Core Charge Nurse leads and oversees nursing staff on their scheduled shifts. This position collaborates with Nursing Department Directors, Managers, and Hospital Supervisors to provide the personnel, workplace, and technology resources necessary for the provision of safe, high-quality patient and family care. The RN - C/C Core Charge Nurse solves problems effectively, communicating and collaborating with all stakeholders. This position maintains clinical expertise by providing direct patient and family care, working with staff on a regularly scheduled basis.
