Senior Associate, Email Marketing

OPPORTUNITY Hinge Health is looking for a B2B Email Marketing Associate to join our Demand Generation team and help execute our email strategy across the buyer journey. This role will own the development and execution of email programs that drive engagement, pipeline, and revenue across multiple audience segments and sales funnel stages. You’ll bring expertise in audience segmentation, email database strategy, content marketing, and campaign execution to help us deliver more relevant, timely, and effective communications. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role. You’ll partner closely with demand generation, design, copy, sales enablement, sales leaders, and BDRs to build and optimize email programs that support key go-to-market priorities. You’ll help translate campaign goals into smart segmentation, strong messaging, and scalable execution that reaches the right audience at the right moment. WHAT YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH - Partner with the marketing and demand generation team
