ABOUT THE ROLE Peloton is seeking a dynamic, business-oriented attorney with 5+ years of experience to provide legal counsel for our mergers, acquisitions, strategic transactions, and strategic partnerships activities. You will be a key advisor on a wide range of complex transactions — including acquisitions, partnerships, and strategic investments — from initial due diligence through execution and post-closing integration. Reporting to the VP, Associate General Counsel in our New York office, the ideal candidate will have significant experience at a nationally recognized law firm and/or in-house, with a track record of managing both domestic and international transactions.
