Facility Manager

As a Facility Manager your typical work assignments may include: Serves as the Facilities Manager and procurator for all repairs of the interior/exterior building structure, to include electrical, plumbing, roofing, painting, carpeting, furniture, furnishings, as well as the planning of upgrading projects. Develops short-term/long-term plans, programs, and budgets for minor construction, maintenance, and repair facilities. Provides support as the Facilities Manager in the implementation of policies, plans, and programs involving real property, space planning, renovations, furniture activities, building operations services, maintenance, and facilities management at a DEA-owned building/space. Plans appropriately to perform projects and repairs in a manner that causes the least disruption to the Divisions daily operations and its work-force personnel performing the same. Provides technical assistance to scientific, engineering, clerical and administrative personnel relative to facilities
