Regional Associate Director of Operations

Position Overview: The Associate Director is responsible for the operational performance of multiple Inspection Centers (ICs). The Associate Director will work with the Inspection Center General Managers and their teams to identify and resolve challenges to meeting IC objectives and production requirements. The Associate Director will also oversee IC teams and ensure solid staffing plans, focus on retention and ensure high associate engagement, a sense of urgency to achieve performance metrics, and a culture that reflects Carvana’s values.
