About the role
Designs, plans, and coordinates comprehensive exercise programs to validate Nuclear and Space Enterprise/Nuclear Weapons Related Material (NE/NWRM) processes and SOPs. Develops exercise scenarios to evaluate the readiness and capabilities of agency personnel and sites, ensuring exercises meet regulatory requirements. Organizes and leads exercise planning meetings, develops required documentation, and briefs leadership on upcoming events. Analyzes reports and feedback to identify deficiencies in program execution and provides recommendations for improvement. Provides guidance on proper handling, documentation, and disposition of controlled property and acts as the primary point of contact in resolving issues related to the NE/NWRM programs.
