Now Hiring: Accounts Payable Clerk / AP Specialist Chandler, AZ Pay: $22+/hr (pay is competitive and based on experience) Schedule: Full time, Monday Friday Location: Chandler, AZ + surrounding areas AIMS Companies is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk / AP Specialist to support our accounting team with invoice processing, vendor payments, and daily AP operations. This is an on site role in a stable, fast growing company with opportunities for advancement. Key Responsibilities • Process invoices accurately using Sage Intacct and TimberScan Titanium • Verify approvals, coding, and supporting documentation • Prepare and process vendor payments (checks & electronic) • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies • Maintain accurate AP records and documentation • Assist with month end and year end close • Respond to vendor inquiries and support internal teams • Perform additional duties as assigned by the AP Supervisor Minimum Requirements • High school diploma or GED • 3-5 y
